Much like the gourmet destination of which it’s named after, Bruton Brie showcases a luxuriously creamy texture. This organic brie is crafted from the rich milk of Guernsey cows.
Savour the bold, tangy flavours of Yarlington Blue Cheese, a true expression of artisanal craftsmanship. Infused with annatto, it boasts a rich colour and caramel undertone.
Our mild smoked cheddar, Smokeacre is expertly smoked over hot oak chips, resulting in a wonderfully rich, smoky flavour complemented by deep earthy undertones.

OUR STORY THE LONGMANS LEGACY
From a quiet move to North Leaze Farm in 1880 to a celebrated name on cheeseboards nationwide, the Longman story is much like cheese maturing itself — patient, layered and rich with flavour.
What began as a modest family farm grew into a 26‑farm dairy dynasty, with Longmans earning renown for cloth‑bound Cheddar, Red Leicester and Double Gloucester sent nightly to London, work that won William Hunt Longman an MBE. Five generations on, Sarai Longman (with husband Chris Slocombe) steered the brand through awards, acquisitions and new cheeses like Twanger, Bruton Brie and Yarlington Blue. Though the business has changed hands to join The Fine Food Company, Chris remains a director, keeping the Longman legacy and its delicious cheeses alive.
